Before submitting your request, look at the list of items below, and if possible, please try to include as much of the information below as possible:

  • MOST IMPORTANT: Please determine if your customer is currently under any contracts and if so, when they expire. (include copies of any contracts if possible)
  • What is the complete and accurate contact information for the customer?
  • What is the physical address for the customer where they are requesting service?
  • Is your customer's intent to save money, improve technology - or achieve a combination of both goals?
  • If your customer has existing service, please include a complete set of one month's local, long distance and data/internet bills to help us provide a most accurate proposal for comparison purposes.
  • Are there any dates regarding either the proposal (you are meeting with the customer on a certain date and need proposal in hand) or new services for the customer (they are moving to a new location on a specific date) that we should be aware of?
  • Are there other opportunities that you or such as fax-2-email, managed IT services, VOiP, website development, etc, that you or we should be discussing with your customer?
We will work as quick as possible to get proposals back to you in a timely manner.
